India to play day-night Test against Australia in December

London [UK]: Australia will host India for a day-night Test on the Adelaide Oval in December.

The India Test collection will probably be scheduled to begin in the primary week of December in Brisbane earlier than the Men in Blue head to Adelaide for his or her first pink-ball Test in Australia, ESPN Cricinfo reported.
Cricket Australia is due to verify its tentative schedule for the 2020-21 season by the top of this week.

Cricket has been introduced to a standstill by the coronavirus pandemic.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) on May 22 introduced the ‘Back to Cricket Guidelines’ for the protected resumption of cricket to help its members in restarting cricket exercise in their international locations as authorities restrictions owing to COVID-19 pandemic begin to loosen up.

To resume coaching for the worldwide cricket, the ICC had mentioned, “Consider appointing a Chief Medical Officer and/or Biosafety Official who will be responsible for implementing government regulations and the biosafety plan to resume training and competition.”

Also, common hand sanitising when in contact with the ball, prohibition on the usage of saliva and never touching eyes, nostril, mouth after contact with the ball are the measures for ‘safe management of the ball’. (ANI)
