The Indian embassy in Afghanistan is in contact with the relations of the victims of the “cowardly terrorist attack” at a Gurdwara in capital Kabul, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar mentioned on Thursday.
Twety-seven individuals have been killed and several other others sustained accidents after armed males stormed a Gurdwara in Kabul and opened hearth contained in the premise. The Islamic State terror group had claimed duty for the assault.
Taking to Twitter, Mr Jaishankar additional knowledgeable that the Indian embassy was working to carry again mortal stays of Tian Singh — one of many victims of the assault.
“Understandable grief and anger at the cowardly terrorist attack on Gurudwara in #Kabul. Our Embassy @IndianEmbKabul is in continuous touch with the families of those killed and injured,” Mr Jaishankar tweeted.

Earlier within the day, Indian Ambassador to Afghanistan Vinay Kumar had visited the Sikh shrine and provided condolences to the households of the victims of the incident.
