The constable, Rajbir, has been suspended after the video, filmed on cell phone digicam on Wednesday at Ranjit Nagar in central Delhi, emerged on social media and was extensively circulated.

Rajbir is seen going from cart to cart, tipping them over, leaving greens scattered on the highway. Three distributors look helplessly as he goes round lifting the plastic sheet protecting their wares earlier than toppling them.
