NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday spoke to a number of leaders, together with his predecessor Manmohan Singh, Congress chief Sonia Gandhi and former president Pranab Mukherjee, on the scenario arising out of the novel coronavirus pandemic.
